1. This website collects no personal information
This website is a static information site. It has no accounts, contact forms, newsletter signup, comments, analytics, advertising, tracking scripts, chat widgets, or payment tools. It sets no cookies and uses no local or session storage. The language selector only changes the page you are viewing and may add a ?lang= value to the page address; it saves nothing on your device. The site does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information about visitors.
2. What the page loads
Every image, style, and script on this website is served from the site's own files. No third-party fonts, scripts, or trackers are loaded, and nothing from another website loads on its own.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare automatically processes basic connection information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of a request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. That processing is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy. This website does not use Cloudflare's analytics or any other visitor tracking.
4. Links to other websites
This site links to Kickstarter, Steam, and email. Nothing is sent to those services when you load this page, and links open without passing along this website's address. When you follow a link you leave this website, and the destination may collect information under its own policies.
5. If you email us
The press, business, partnership, and artwork-request links open your own email app; this website never sees or stores your message. If you email zanokagamedev@gmail.com, your name, email address, and message are used only to reply to you. They are never sold or shared, and they are deleted when no longer needed. Email is delivered through Google's Gmail, under Google's own privacy policy.
6. Your privacy rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, such as an email you sent us, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a privacy concern by emailing zanokagamedev@gmail.com. You can also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its date.
